DealRoom welcomes Henry Spitzer as Vice President of Global Revenue at a pivotal moment in the company’s growth. With more than 15 years of experience scaling go-to-market teams and building durable revenue engines, Henry will lead global sales and revenue efforts with a focus on alignment, responsible growth, and long-term customer value.

We’re excited to welcome Henry Spitzer to DealRoom as our new Vice President of Global Revenue.

Henry joins DealRoom at an important moment in our growth. As the DealRoom team grows and we double down on helping our customers face increasing pressure to move faster, operate more efficiently, and deliver better outcomes throughout the deal lifecycle, the role of revenue leadership has never been more critical. Henry brings deep experience scaling go-to-market teams, aligning sales with customer value, and building revenue engines designed for long-term impact.

Why DealRoom

What drew Henry to DealRoom was a combination of people, product, and pace.

“The people and culture stood out immediately,” Henry shared. “It’s a close-knit, motivated team that moves quickly. That’s something I’ve missed—and something that’s essential when you’re solving real problems.”

Equally compelling was the opportunity to lead in a category primed for transformation. DealRoom already supports hundreds of customers, improving how they execute M&A, and Henry saw clear momentum in both the product and the market.

“This is a space ripe for disruption,” he said. “We’re solving real customer problems, and we’re doing it with a product that already delivers meaningful value.”

A Builder’s Background

Henry brings more than 15 years of experience in technology, spanning bootstrapped startups, growth-equity backed companies, private equity environments, and IPO-stage organizations. Over the past several years, he has held senior revenue leadership roles, including CRO positions, where he built and scaled small teams into large, international go-to-market organizations.

While he’s learned a great deal operating inside larger companies, Henry is most energized by building.

“The most fun I’ve had in my career has been at smaller companies where you can move fast, solve problems quickly, and really build something,” he said. “DealRoom has that same moldable foundation—and that’s incredibly exciting, especially in an era where AI is reshaping how pipeline and revenue teams operate.”

Leading the Go-to-Market Motion

As VP of Global Revenue, Henry will oversee DealRoom’s sales and revenue functions globally, with a strong focus on alignment across marketing, product, sales, and customer teams.

“In today’s environment, siloed functions don’t work,” Henry noted. “What impressed me most was how tightly aligned the go-to-market team already is—and how focused everyone is on solving the right problems for the business.”

Henry is also passionate about developing talent and building careers. By joining a profitable, bootstrapped company, Henry can support responsible growth, make long-term decisions, and invest in people.

“I’m excited to help people here grow their careers,” he said. “That’s always been one of the most motivating parts of leadership for me.”

Over the next five years, Henry sees DealRoom continuing to grow into one of the premier technology companies not just in Boston, but globally—while remaining a place where great people want to do the best work of their careers.
