To help take us to the next level, we’ve made a new addition to our team. We’re very excited to welcome our new Vice President of Product, Jesse Tremblay, to the leadership team.
Jesse brings an extensive background in tech, with years of experience building products that help businesses navigate complexity and unlock growth. Before joining DealRoom, he spent over a decade working in early-stage startups, learning firsthand how to solve complex problems with software, followed by six years at HubSpot, where he scaled his product leadership skills across a global customer base.
For Jesse, joining DealRoom isn’t just about the challenge of building great software—it’s personal. Having experienced the ups and downs of selling businesses in his own startup career, and having watched his family navigate the emotional and operational challenges of selling a small business after the passing of his father, he understands how difficult and fragmented M&A can be. That perspective fuels his passion for simplifying the process and making it more accessible for all.
“To see a solution on the market that helps people sell or buy businesses in a much easier, more automated way is exciting,” Jesse says. “I’m motivated by the mission to democratize M&A and remove the unnecessary friction from the process.”
Looking ahead, Jesse is focused on building DealRoom into the central hub for M&A—a platform that not only supports every stage of the deal lifecycle but also integrates the most advanced AI and automation capabilities to help teams scale their impact. His vision is an end-to-end product experience that eliminates manual, risky handoffs and enables corporate development and M&A teams to move faster, close smarter, and achieve greater post-close success.
