DealRoom is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own a critical product domain and drive measurable business impact. Reporting to the VP of Product, you'll discover and solve customer problems, ship products that customers love, and partner closely with Engineering and Design to turn customer insights into elegant solutions. You'll balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Driving outcomes, not just outputs.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Engineering & Design to learn directly from customers & iterate quickly
  • Lead initiatives from discovery through delivery, keeping momentum through obstacles.
  • Own a critical product area, shipping products that improve how customers work and drive business results.
  • Shape 1-2 year strategy for your area, making bold calls on priorities and build/buy/partner decisions.
  • Bring customer voice to leadership through compelling stories and data.
  • Show exceptional product sense by shipping intuitive experiences and knowing when to simplify or sunset features.
  • Spot market shifts early through customer insight and identify opportunities in AI and automation.
  • Drive revenue impact by understanding buyer needs and evaluating investments with financial modeling.
  • Identify patterns across customer segments to spot early signals of success and churn.
  • Build support for your team's work, influencing leadership and stakeholders through customer insights.
