According to Michael, there are two components of change management planning:
1. The stakeholder analysis
2. The communication plan.
The stakeholder analysis involves identifying individuals or entities impacted directly or indirectly by the transaction. A good communication plan should include communicating the deal rationale to the relevant stakeholders.
