Document Text Redaction

Users can redact text on documents from the built-in document viewer.

Users can use the search function to highlight all of the places that specific text is used, and see a preview of all how the redacted text will look. Once a user applies the changes a new version of document will be created that has the specified text redacted. The redacted document will be saved as a PDF, even if the original document was a word document

Admins can still access original or previous versions of the document.
