About the Role
As DealRoom’s Revenue Operations (Rev Ops) Specialist, you’ll be in a cross-functional role to enable alignment, clarity, and execution across Marketing, Business Development, Sales, and Customer Success. You’ll work inside HubSpot daily to support the dashboards, reports, processes, systems, data hygiene and scalable workflows that accelerate pipeline generation and conversion. Plus, you’ll champion automation and AI tools that improve GTM performance.
This role is perfect for someone with a proven track record of structured thinking, complex problem solving, and who gets satisfaction from building scalable processes. We are looking for someone who wants to grow into a strategic RevOps team member in B2B SaaS.

Core Responsibilities
CRM & Data Integrity
- Support our HubSpot CRM hygiene, segmentation, and enrichment to ensure accurate lead routing, personalized outreach, and reporting.
- Conduct regular audits and implement data cleanliness protocols to maintain reliable inputs across GTM efforts.
- Maintain the accuracy of data that will be used for personalization tokens and deduplication standards to improve campaign quality.
Reporting & GTM Readiness
- Maintain HubSpot reporting, dashboards, and operational SLAs around campaign handoffs, CRM updates, and tooling improvements.
- Support pipeline accuracy by enforcing clear stage definitions, exit criteria, and real-time stage hygiene.
- Roll out tested improvements to inbound workflows, sales enablement content, and GTM playbooks.
GTM Alignment & Execution
- Improve the efficiency of the go-to-market team, including Marketing, Business Development, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Track and improve connect/conversion rates with field-informed collateral and workflow improvements.
- Support the roll out of new HubSpot CRM process changes with documentation and communication for the sales team.
Tech Stack & Workflow Optimization
- Own and evolve HubSpot, Clay, and supporting sales/marketing tools to maximize GTM performance.
- Implement automation workflows that reduce manual work and increase go-to-market team efficiency.
- Evaluate and pilot emerging AI tools (e.g., Gong AI, HubSpot AI, ChatGPT integrations) to improve workflow efficiency across GTM teams, and maintain a best-in-class library of GTM AI prompts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and recommend AI-powered solutions that drive measurable impact for sales and marketing.

Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of RevOps or GTM operations experience
- 1–2 years of experience in HubSpot CRM (Professional/Enterprise Tiers)
- Knowledge of tools like Clay, Gong, and data enrichment platforms
- Proficient in building and maintaining dashboards, reports, workflows, sequences, and sales assets.
- Passion for automation, data integrity, and continuous improvement
