Company: DealRoom

Reports to: President & COO

Industry: M&A Software | B2B SaaS | Corporate Development

About Us

We are on a mission to disrupt M&A for good. Our software transforms how teams execute M&A and eliminates friction in the deal process, helping Corporate Development teams move faster and smarter. We’re a fast-growing, multi-product SaaS company —primarily focused on selling to financially oriented leaders in corp dev, strategy, and finance.

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Leader of Product to take our product vision, strategy, and execution to the next level. You’ll be the strategic force behind our product organization—leading, scaling, and inspiring a high-performing team while collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, GTM, and Executive Leadership.

This role requires a strong product strategist and operator with experience driving transformation, launching innovative solutions, and aligning product efforts to broader business goals.

What You’ll Do

Leadership & Culture

  • Champion and embody our Core Values in every decision
  • Build, lead, and mentor a global team of PMs across multiple product lines
  • Partner closely with the LT, Engineering, and GTM leaders to drive company-wide alignment
  • Establish and operationalize decision-making and prioritization frameworks

Product Strategy & Execution

  • Lead our evolution to a modern Product Operating Model
  • Define and communicate a compelling product vision and multi-year strategy
  • Inspire internal and external stakeholders to rally behind the product vision
  • Drive product innovation across technology, business model, and user experience
  • Oversee roadmap execution across multiple products and teams

Market & Customer Focus

  • Deeply understand our financially oriented buyer persona and deal dynamics
  • Partner with GTM leaders on segmentation, ICP, value propositions, and competitive positioning
  • Maintain a strong customer orientation, regularly engaging with users and prospects
  • Help shape pricing and packaging strategy, including post-M&A product integrations

Technical Innovation

  • Understand the product architecture and delivery methods used by our engineering team
  • Leverage data and analytics to guide product decisions
  • Champion the use of GenAI tools to improve both product value and PM team efficiency

Business & Operational Innovation

  • Optimize for SaaS metrics, P&L dynamics, and unit economics
  • Collaborate on growth strategies and expansion plans
  • Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution

What You Bring

  • Experience scaling B2B SaaS products from ~$10M to $50M+ ARR
  • Experience working with engineering teams across time zones
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-product teams and post-M&A integrations
  • Deep understanding of financially oriented business buyers and GTM motions
  • A track record of creating product strategies that result in significant business impact
  • Data-driven mindset with a strong bias for action
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and rapidly changing environments
  • Storyteller who can rally internal teams and external audiences around a shared vision

Location & Logistics

  • Must be based in Boston or willing to relocate
  • Hybrid work environment: 2–3 days/week in office in downtown Boston
