Introducing DealRoom AI for Pipeline
DealRoom is introducing major enhancements to its Pipeline module that transform it into an intelligent system of record for Corporate Development teams.
The launch introduces two capabilities working together:

Email is where most deal activity happens.
But historically, that context never made it into the pipeline without manual work.
DealRoom’s enhanced Outlook integration changes that.
Once an email thread is connected to a deal, DealRoom automatically captures future replies, contacts, and attachments directly on the deal card.
Pillar 2: DealRoom AI for Pipeline Management
Capturing deal context is only the first step. Someone still needs to read those communications, update the pipeline, and track next steps.
DealRoom AI now performs that work in the background.
- Detects new information that may update the deal card
- Identifies follow-ups mentioned in conversations. Those follow-ups become suggested tasks with deadlines and context, ensuring next steps stay visible.
- It generates live deal summaries
